The way an athlete moves truly defines an athlete! Modern weight lifting has more to do with body building than with sports performance and athletic enhancement. An athlete needs to train movement. Proper movement patterns are not possible with poor mobility and stability. Athletes who are quicker, stronger and have good flexibility will perform at a much higher level. To be a better athlete you must train like an athlete. Workouts are designed to enhance the performance of any athlete, regardless of ability and pre-training status. If you possess a strong work ethic, you’re sure to improve speed, power and self-esteem.
