Our goal is to help athletes to improve athletic performance through the development of strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, balance, flexibility, injury prevention strategies, nutrition education, and confidence.            

  • Strength Speed and Agility training programs designed for athletes in Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Youth, Softball, Track and Field.
  • Training sessions in a one-on-one or small group (1-6) to ensure the attention to detail that you deserve as an athlete.  
  • You need to train above your competition to gain that extra edge!
  • Don’t just go through the motions when training, if your training to WIN you need to push yourself every training session!
  • Develop proper running form (stride length & frequency)
  • Learn the correct progression of plyometrics  

 

 

The training programs are for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level or athletic or fitness goals. Programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams.

 

Training philosophy:

The way an athlete moves truly defines an athlete! Modern weight lifting has more to do with body building than with sports performance and athletic enhancement. An athlete needs to train movement. Proper movement patterns are not possible with poor mobility and stability. Athletes who are quicker, stronger and have good flexibility will perform at a much higher level. To be a better athlete you must train like an athlete. Workouts are designed to enhance the performance of any athlete, regardless of ability and pre-training status. If you possess a strong work ethic, you’re sure to improve speed, power and self-esteem.
